Each shapes and molds different ideas and ingredients to produce a good or service to deliver to external clients in the community of interests or society. The success of the organization depends on the client satisfaction and the value of what was delivered (Quality Management Plus, 30). Roger Kaufmans Organizational Elements Model distinguishes between the different genes that hold up an organizations work. Each organizational element relates to genius another. They have a building block effect where each element depends on the one before it in order to exist. The organizational efforts (inputs and processes) impart to organizational results (products and outputs) and these contribute to societal consequences and payoffs (outcomes) (Strategic Planning in Education, 23).What is the Organizational Elements Mo del? Roger Kaufmans Organizational Elements Model (OEM) consists of five parts inputs, processes, products, outputs, and outcomes. Every organization, whether it be an educational or business setting, is made up of these five elements. The OEM is a framework for organizations to relate organizational efforts, organizational results, and societal payoffs or consequences (Cost-Consequence Analysis, 90).
